Graduate School Project is an educational management at the postgraduate level. This is in accordance with Section 7 of the Rajabhat Institute Act 1995 specified Rajabhat institution as the higher education institution for local development. The objective is to focus on developing teachers, professors, academicians and high-level professionals to have in-depth knowledge, competence in each field of study, as well as having a broad vision. It creates a new body of knowledge that can link between local knowledge, wisdom, and universal science to affect academic development and contributes to real local development.
Management of graduate school at Surindra Rajabhat Institute regulations, which is related to operations have been established. For example, regulations of the Council of Rajabhat Institute on curriculum standards Graduate School 1995, Announcement of Rajabhat Institute Office on guidelines and methods for considering curriculum Graduate School 1997, Council Regulations of Surin Rajabhat Institute on management of graduate education of Rajabhat Institute, BE 2541, and etc., in which graduate education has opened various courses from the academic year 1998 to the academic year 2003 as follows:

In the academic year 2004, Surindra Rajabhat Institute has been promoted as Surindra Rajabhat University provided graduate studies as an educational management unit, coordinator for postgraduate education management and has expanded to open a master’s and doctor’s degree programs. This is in accordance with Section 7 of the Rajabhat University Act 2004 which offered learning power to glorify local wisdom, create arts for stability, sustainability and for people’s progress who participated in maintenance management resource. Utilization of nature and the environment in a well-balanced and sustainable manner with educational purposes. Promote academic and high quality professionals, teaching, researching, providing academic services to society, improving, transferring, and developing technology. Preserve arts and culture, produce teachers and promote academic standing. On 22nd June 2006, the Surindra Rajabhat University Council has announced the Graduate School Project became a government department within the university with the status equivalent to another faculty, institute, and office under the Section 10 of the Rajabhat University Act, 2004 as Graduate School Project. It is responsible for coordinating operations and taking responsibility for administrative work as well as promoting and supporting the management of graduate education to ensure high standard quality in accordance with graduate education standards.
